How to read Allegro's Sales by offer XLSX report
What the key columns mean, how often to upload exports, and how to connect them with analytics in SalesAmplifier.
The Sales by offer report is one of the most common XLSX exports from Allegro Sales Center. It shows revenue, visits, and each offer's share for the period you selected when exporting.
What is in the file
A typical export includes:
- offer ID and title,
- units sold and revenue,
- offer visits,
- Share of sales value — that offer's share of total account sales in the selected period.
How often to upload
For most accounts, a weekly export of the same report type is enough. With many offers or frequent price changes, upload more often — each upload should append a new point in history, not overwrite the previous state.
Limits of XLSX alone
The file alone will not show:
- how an offer changed over time (price, stock, title) — you need history or API sync for that,
- a live order stream — API and reports answer different questions.
In SalesAmplifier every upload is stored with timestamp and account_id, so you can compare periods without merging spreadsheets manually.
